What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is simple we charge by the hour at the walkthrough we’ll try and be as thorough as possible so we give you a a fair estimate and try and minimize surprises.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Schedule an appointment with M&C and we will do a walkthrough of your property at which point we’ll recommend a service depending on your budget and needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have many years experience and OSHACADEMY certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Cleaning has always been a big part of our lives here in M&C we get up cleaning and go to sleep cleaning its and obsession. A good obsession that we love to share with our customers. Clean house, Clean cars, and Clean shoes are rules by which we live at M&C cleaning services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers and respect every property the same. We work with many short term rental properties as well. Just give us a call we be happy to hear and cover any needs you may have.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every customer is valued the same. You pay for our time with out distinction so here at M&C we treat every job with the outmost attention to detail and quality.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework before hiring someone to come in your home. Focus on neutral and negative reviews those will let you know what to look for once you decide on your next cleaning provider.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many hours will service take? How many people are coming on property? Those are some very good questions to start at every case is different so prepare your questions ahead of time.
