Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
10% discount for 1st time cleaning. 10% discount per cleaning for each new referral booked. 10% discount for Veterans and active service members.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Each and every new client is unique in their cleaning needs. We will begin with a phone call to assess your desired outcome of your home. Personalizing the clean, room by room. General information, such as square footage, number of rooms and bathrooms will be taken. I will explain what will be expected from your choice of cleaning, and then I will quote based on your custom cleaning. Finally, we will set an appointment that is convenient for you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have worked in residential cleaning, commercial business, and 5 star hotels for 10+ years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Initially, I started in the cleaning industry by volunteering to help neighbors and friends who were in need of extra help. Over the years it blossomed into a business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with many people ranging from parents who needed a little extra help, commercial office cleaning, lab cleaning, hoarding situations, and hazardous conditions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently, I had the honor of deep cleaning a home that belongs to a veteran. The home was in need of serious care due to their health issues. It was an honor to be of service. Total clean time took four - 6 hour days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The best advice I can give a client is to please understand in this market you get what you pay for. If you are serious about your home being thoroughly cleaned with the same amount of care you would clean it with... don't skimp to save a few dollars, you will be left disappointed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I believe the most important question(s) a customer should think through is defining their expectation of what the final product should look like. Clear communication between the client and the provider is imperative to achieve a "satisfaction guaranteed" outcome.
