What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ask brief questions to determine the client’s objective and what they are looking to accomplish with the service requirement. I coordinate better schedules according to the project and provide possible dates on the calendar for future cleaning appointments when they are looking for periodic cleanings.

Leaving everything clean and in detail was a hobby from a very young age. I had other jobs and one day I decided to join a cleaning company and learned how this business worked. Some time later I decided to apply my experience in my own business. I have been in this field for more than 5 years.

I have been working with clients who value their living spaces and care about keeping them clean and organized for their own and their family’s well-being and quality of life. When that is their immediate goal and they require my help to achieve that purpose, I am happy to provide my services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A new project that I felt very involved in was preparing a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house with a deep cleaning and leaving it super clean and sanitized before the new owners moved in with their family from another state. I was hired remotely since they were not yet in California. It was a great satisfaction that they were very happy with my service and then returning for the standard and periodic cleanings and seeing them settled in.
