What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We bid jobs at a flat rate so there are no surprises with what your final bill will be. Our cleaners stay until the job is finished.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We do a needs assessment over the phone and through text. We then provide a quote, and follow up with a checklist of services so the customer knows what to expect in their cleaning. We then schedule their cleaning and follow up with a customer satisfaction survey to guarantee customers are getting the service they expect.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We ran into situations where we found amazing cleaners, but they were not great at communicating and scheduling. We also found people promising an exceptional clean but then the results were poor. We set out to take the guesswork out of hiring a cleaner. All our cleaners do amazing work and we handle the scheduling, quoting, and payment processing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

we work with all types of customers. We work with busy moms, hard working professionals, Airbnb hosts, elderly or disabled clients and more!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a job for a busy mom that just requested a standard cleaning. When we got there, the house was in need of a much more thorough clean. We took extra time to help get the house clean and sanitized and the customer was so happy she now gets service every 2 weeks!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be careful of who you invite into your home. All of our cleaners are insured, and background checked professionals. They do excellent work and get to know our clients over time so they aren't simply unknown strangers you hope will complete a job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When was the home last cleaned professionally? How large is the space? What service are they actually looking for? Do they want the whole house done, or, just a partial cleaning? How experienced are the cleaners? When can they start?
