My name is Monique Garcia and I have been providing quality cleaning services since 2013 in North Carolina and now in the Menifee/Temecula area. I have a variety of experiences cleaning luxury beach houses/apartments, residential homes, move-out/move-in cleans, eviction cleanups, and RV's. I take the time to make sure my customers are 100% satisfied with the quality of my work. I offer free walk-through estimates for each customer to guarantee my prices are accurate for the needs of every potential client, depending on the state of the home and any extras requested. It's my pleasure to provide the highest quality cleans for all my clients and I do so by sparing no expense. I believe myself to be fair in my pricing. I also know you get what you pay for. I pride myself on being worth every penny I charge. There may be cheaper competitors, but my quality is what you pay for.😊

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Making contact with the customer to get to know them and to introduce myself. I like talking to my customer and getting to know what their main concerns are and to answer any questions they may have. I find it easier to talk with my clients than to message back and forth as I know we are all busy people.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was raised as a young girl to clean and take care of my belongings from my mother. As I grew older I applied that to my home. I would always get compliments on the cleanliness of my home. I decided to apply my skills and attention to detail to something that I enjoy doing. Not many people would think cleaning can bring someone joy, but it is not the cleaning that brings me joy. It is the looks on my client's faces that brings me joy. I started my business in North Carolina. As a wife married to a Navy man I wanted to help bring in an income of my own. I started cleaning luxury beach homes along the coast of Topsail Beach. Now that we have moved to beautiful California, I want to continue my business of making people happy by enjoying their clean home after a long day's work.

Make sure you work with someone who is willing to listen to your areas of main concerns. It is your property and the person you hire should be willing to meet and exceed your expectations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are my main areas of concern? How much are extra services etc. fridge, oven, windows, Linens? How many hours do my fees cover? Not all prices are the same depending on how much attention the home is in need of prior to cleaning.
