My husband and I started working as housecleaning for another companies, so after an year we decided to start our own business, in 2010. Our prices are not charged by hour. It depends how dirty and what kind of job the client want to do in your house.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start discussing what the client is expecting for the cleaning and where he/she wants to focus. What is more important to him/her. I like to be clear with everything!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first started as a helper. A very experienced friend thought me every detail of a housekeeper job. After a couple of years being trained, my husband and I started our own business. We started as a team and worked for few years together. After having so many referrals and new clients we couldn't stand to be just two of us, so we started training family members and close friends that would be interested in getting into the cleaning business. We are now a familiar cleaning company. We have never hired anybody strange to work with us. All of our teams are people of our trust. We committed ourselves to provide the greatest possible service on a respectful, trustful and mutual satisfaction.

We work with different clients. Some clients ask us to pay attention in the dust, others in kitchen and bathrooms...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a house abandoned for years, we got exhausted but happy with the results, even more how satisfied the client was. It took almost 2 days to be done!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would give to a costumer is to make sure what you are looking for, price or a good service. If you are looking for a good service don’t hire a cheaper professional, you will get exactly what you paid for.
