When we meet a new customer, we take the time to understand their concerns and tour the house. We walk through everything together without rushing. Before leaving, we make sure all their questions are answered and that they are 100% satisfied according to what they hire in the app.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project we enjoyed was a move-out cleaning for 2-bedroom, 1- bath home with kitchen and living room. It took about 3 hours, and we made sure to deep clean everything - including windows, fridge, oven, and cabinets - to leave it spotless for the next tenants.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to ask questions or explain exactly what you need - good communication makes a big difference. Also, make sure the price is clear and they care about doing the job right, not just fast.
