Our pricing is fair and transparent. It's based in the options that you fill in the app. To get a quote with your specific needs we chat and I send you the price with no surprises at the end.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we meet a new customer, we take the time to understand their concerns and tour the house. We walk through everything together without rushing. Before leaving, we make sure all their questions are answered and that they are 100% satisfied according to what they hire in the app.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We've worked with other professional companies and developed strong skills through that experience. We're confident in the quality of our work, and that inspired us to start our own business based on our values, process, and dedication.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started by working for other companies and learned a lot from those experiences. Over time, we realized we could offer something even better by starting our own service and focusing on quality and care.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We mainly work with residential clients, including houses, apartments, and condos. Whether it's a regular cleaning or move-out job, we adapt to the customer's needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project we enjoyed was a move-out cleaning for 2-bedroom, 1- bath home with kitchen and living room. It took about 3 hours, and we made sure to deep clean everything - including windows, fridge, oven, and cabinets - to leave it spotless for the next tenants.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to ask questions or explain exactly what you need - good communication makes a big difference. Also, make sure the price is clear and they care about doing the job right, not just fast.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about what kind of cleaning you need - regular, deep, or move-out - and what areas are most important to you. Be clear on the size of the space, how many rooms and bathrooms, and any specific tasks you'd like done (like inside the fridge or oven). Knowing your expectations help us do a better job from the start.
