We base our pricing on Number of Bedrooms, Number of Bathroom and TOTAL square footage of your home. It is also based on what type of cleaning service you need. We offer discounts based on cleaning frequency. We offer a 15% discount when you book weekly service, 10% discount when your book service for every other week, and 5% discount when you book monthly service.

We can either do everything via phone OR you can book on your own online. Over the phone, we will ask you what the square footage of your home is, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms and review what type of cleaning service you need. We will need to know if you are looking for a standard cleaning service, something a little more detailed such as a deep cleaning, or a move in/out cleaning. We also offer post construction cleaning. Once we get all that information, we can give you a price and book you immediately.

We only hire experienced cleaners who have had previous experience in hotels, commercial cleanings or with their own clients.

With the pandemic, I lost my job in the hospitality industry. I was looking to start a business where I can have an income, but also to help my fellow housekeepers by giving them jobs.

We have many reoccurring weekly and bimonthly cleaning customers. We also have done many move in/out cleans and post construction cleaning jobs.

We love all of our customers but I think our favorite projects are the move in projects we have done this summer. Moving is so stressful, so we take it very seriously when a customer hires us to clean their new home before they move in. It's important that we get all those tiny details right. Being able to move in without worry about cleaning things such cabinet drawers and baseboards makes moving a much more pleasant experience.

Make sure you get details from cleaning companies on what they are offering. Did they provide a checklist showing what items are included? If you are getting really low quotes, make sure you know what is included. We send every one of our potential customers a list of what that service includes. That way you can compare a standard cleaning with a deep cleaning. All of our quotes are customizable.

Important things for you to know before you reach out to a cleaning company or maid service include the following: How long has it been since the home was professionally cleaned? How many blinds or shutters are in the home? What areas would you like, if any, for a cleaner to focus on? Do you need your ceiling fans cleaned? If so, how many do you have?
