Clearly defining budget expectations upfront allows me as a professional cleaner to provide realistic proposals and suggestions that align with financial constraints.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After the initial consultation, we will prepare a proposal that outlines the scope of work, project deliverables, timeline, and cost estimates. This proposal is shared with the customer for review and consideration. If customer and us agree on the terms, a formal agreement or contract is signed to solidify the working relationship.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a professional cleaner with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. I have the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality cleaning services. Assertive and fast communication.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for realtors 2 years ago, cleaning move-outs and move-ins. Recently I have added weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings services for new regular customers.

I take the time to truly understand what my clients are looking for. I ask probing questions, listen actively, and make sure I have a clear understanding of their goals and objectives.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently deep cleaned a beautiful cottage next to the beach. It took our team 5 hours to leave this home sparkling ✨ clean 🧼 for our customer to enjoy.
