What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Usually our price is higher for the first cleaning, because that's where we really get to know your house and detail the work, and also because the first cleaning takes longer. ✅️ We are detail oriented! After the first cleaning we can provide differentiated quotes for weekly, biweekly and monthly cleanings (new quote always based on the size of the house and the client's requirements).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

• Introduce our company and make clear the benefits of working with us. • Check out the size of the house and the client's requirements for the job. • Set up the schedule according to available times. • Make a clear conversation about any suggestions or request that the new client will have. • First time cleaning, takes a bite extra time then regular cleanings. • Confirm the regular cleaning time and day that works for both parties. • Set up the most convenient payment method for the customer. • So we started to build a relationship based on trust. 😀

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are thoroughly educated and kind people taught by the family. Taught to clean from a very young age, we took this learning to our own business! University of Education Pedagogy and Accounting (in country of origin).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started doing this kind of work a few years ago, and the passion for seeing our clients and their families satisfied and happy enjoying their clean home is our daily reward.

We enjoy working with kind and easy-to-communicate people. Young families, elderly people, singles or with partners. Regardless of race, color, sex, national origin, sexual orientation or ethnicity ❤️

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We always work with new projects, including movi-in and move-out, deep cleaning and we also have our regular weekly customers to always give the best attention. • A Move-out or Movi-in cleaning can take between 5-8 hours to complete (depends on the size of the house). • Deep Clean can take between 3-6 hours to complete (depends on the size of the house). • Regular cleaning can take between 1.5 to 4 hours to complete (depends on the size of the house).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
