Customers should know I never charge by hour. It all depends on how big, how dirty, and what kind of job you want me to do in your house. Is it a deep cleaning? Do you want me to organize things around? Do you want me to clean all of the rooms? But this isn't a big deal - we can figure it out in the first minutes of our conversation.
