Introduction

I started to work as a housekeeper as soon as I arrived in the USA for big companies. I immigrated from Brazil to the United States of America in 2005. After a year working hard for companies, I noticed that I could get my own customers... I started to use the "app" of the moment, Craigslist!! Right away I noticed I could have my own Company. So that's how everything started and today I have my own business. I'm still working hard but now for my precious customers. ❤ My focus is quality. I never cut corners, even when it's more expensive. Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I will take the time to make sure you're 100% happy. Customers should know I never charge by hour. It all depends on how big, how dirty, and what kind of job you want me to do in your house. Is it a deep cleaning? Do you want me to organize things around? Do you want me to clean all of the rooms? But this isn't a big deal - we can figure it out in the first minutes of our conversation. We are looking forward to working with you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Customers should know i never charge by hour. it all depends on how big, how dirty and what kind of job you want me to do in your house. is it a deep cleaning? do you want me to organize things around? do you want me to clean all off the rooms? but this isn't a big deal we can figure it out in the first minutes of our conversation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Process of working is starting dusting all of your items, blinds and baseboards. Right after I finish dusting I start to clean marks of fingerprints on your furnitures, doors and mirrors. Third step of the cleaning is the vaccum, starting on your carpet then the floor. fourth step is to moped the floor. So all this process is done by one person while the other person is working on making your bed first, then your bathroom and then finishing up with your kitchen.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have been working with many different customers. some customers want you to pay more attention on their kitchen some others to their bathrooms. some customers just want you to do a very quickly job and others really want you to take your time, do a deep cleaning and all the details.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I remember I was super excited for this project! it was a big project it took me about 48hrs to get it done. it was a big house to clean and organize things around. at the end of the job I was exhausted but super happy to see the results and even more to see how happy and satisfied my customer was with the results. It was definitely a great experience, good feeling.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advice I would give to a customer is don't hire a cheap professional expecting a good service. You will get exactly what you paid for. The best way to hire someone who you never seen before is by recommendation. For ex: a housekeeper of your good friend. Now days everyone likes to use apps to hire people which is good too especially Thumbtack because they do a BACKGROUND CHECK ✔ so if you're using Thumbtack make sure the person you're hiring has a BACKGROUND CHECK badge.
