I always suggest work by the job, because is more economic for the client, buy if customer want me to work by the hr I charge $35.00 to $55.00 dlls an hr

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

15 years ago, I work in Ford Ord, at that time, now is Marina and part of Seaside, in house cleaning for a military inspectors, so thanks to that I got a lot of experience, specially after the cleaning we had some inspections. we clean those houses top to bottom, window and tracks blinds, strip floors and then wax all floors, wash carpets, wash all walls, disassemble,stoves, and fans to detail. I learn more that a school there, plus I been cleaning for more than 20 years

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started about 25 years ago cleaning Ford ord (now marina and Seaside) detailing houses top to bottom windows, walls bathrooms stripping and waxing floors, washing carpets, cleaning kitchens, including inside the stove hood, very detail jobs... then government Inspect the house and if it didn't pass we have to re_do the cleaning I learn a lot from this type of job

all kinds, but I,m happy to say that I never had any bad experience ...I just learning from everything and everyone...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have their own vacuum cleaner, we have our own, but keep in mind that we clean a lot of houses that have dogs and cats
