Pricing is always fair and very competitive with companies and agencies. We prefer to do a thorough cleaning on the first visit. Then offer the best rate possible for reoccurring services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A walkthrough with a new client helps him/her and us know where their property needs attention and a time frame for the first cleaning

We work for property managers so we are familiar with what clients will be looking for and how we can provide the best service possible.

Cleaning was a leap of faith that became reality and now we are dedicated individuals to do our best

Figure out a budget that works for you or your family. Look at your home from window tracks, windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc see what fits your budget and how a company can accommodate you and the amount your willing to pay
