PLEASE READ INFORMATION BEFORE INQUIRING: Hi, I’m Krystal! I’m 26 and I provide Housekeeping services. HOUSEKEEPING- $125/2.5hr set minimum. $50 per one hour of cleaning. Discounts are applied to all valid appointments exceeding the minimum. Discounts- New clients: 10% Returning weekly, biweekly, triweekly clients: 10% Availability- Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday. Closed on Wednesdays and Saturdays. *Note I am usually booked a month in advance, but l will do my best to find a time that works for both of us! Disclaimers- -Please take into consideration that l am one person and cleaning takes time. Every home is different and time can vary. -The standard is 3.5hrs for regularly maintained homes. First appointments usually require a deeper clean and may take longer. -You either want a thorough standard, deep attention-to-detail, or speedy. I prefer to simply get the job done right and leave it clean. -Multiple appointments may be required to return some homes to a clean & functional state, and may also help in affordability. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

If you have any deep-cleaning projects that will take several hours to complete on top of standard cleaning, please keep that in mind as I am paid by the hour.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will of course give a friendly introduction, and I will ask you of any preferences for your home. Such as: -Areas to avoid or pay special attention to. -If there are any allergies, or sensitivities to smell as I work with a variety of cleaning products. -I can use non-toxic cleaning remedies where I can if that is your preference. I am more than happy to take other preferences and accommodate them. -If you are happy with my services and decide to make it a reoccurring service, we can set up a working schedule from there!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated college and worked as a dental assistant specializing in surgical dentistry. So I am well-versed in proper sanitation and sanitization of all bacteria and germs, on top of my experience in the cleaning industry as well. I am also CPR certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have worked since I was 15 years old. From the restaurant industry, cleaning business, to self-entrepreneurial and gig work. I’ve always loved things tidy and I receive compliments everywhere I work on my close attention-to-detail, and ability to leave a space spotless. So I started my own cleaning business to support myself, while doing what I love.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked, small business owners, commercial buildings, and your typical variation of homeowners. Sometimes it’s clean, sometimes is dirty.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you’re comfortable with who you hire. May they bring a smile to your face, and a smile to your space!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

All I ask is that you keep in mind that everyone’s version of “clean” is different. As someone who cleans for a living, I can tell you that a clean you may think will only take a few hours, could end up taking longer. It all depends on how much cleaning needs to be done, what kind, and how long it takes. If I have to deep clean your oven, fridge, scrub grout, scrub walls, showers, etc. Time adds up fast! But having a housekeeper to maintain your homes overall cleanliness, will definitely shorten the cleaning time down, and therefore your overall cost. Sometimes by hours! :-)
