What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is very reasonable. Stove and Refrigerator is not in the quote unless your quote requested refrigerator and Stove Cleaning

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Making them feel comfortable with using my cleaning service

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been cleaning since I was 10 years old. I used to go in cleaning jobs with my grandmother.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cleaning at a young age and by the time I grew up had children and now grandchildren, I decided to open my own business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with Real Estate Agents, Landlords , offices, and Families

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It’s was a bathroom that we cleaned. It was disastrous. We went in there and by the time we were done it was shining, and smelling wonderful. It took us less than a hour.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say please look at the reviews and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to call me. I want you to have the best cleaning experience ever. Just because their quote was low doesn’t mean the quality is good.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. What do I expect the cleaner to clean. 2. What days and times should I have them come. 3. Will they bring all necessary cleaning materials.
