What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide FLAT-BASED pricing and apply discounts up-front, right upon booking. For any special request, just call and we will gladly accommodate it. We offer DISCOUNTED professional WINDOW CLEANING and also CARPET SHAMPOOING services. DISCOUNTS GIVEN: * weekly plans: 15% * bi-weekly plans: 10% * monthly plans: 5% EXTRAS OFFERED: window, inside fridge, inside stove, mini-blinds, garage cleaning, patio cleaning, carpet shampooing

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

SIMPLE: we use cleaning checklist to make sure what you need and expect reflects in the scope of work communicated to cleaners arriving. After initial service, we reach out to discuss your experience and identify possible ways on how to improve with next service so we reach your full satisfaction in no time! If cleaners observe something we feel that needs your attention, we will discuss and suggest solution for it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I used to run administration for a cleaning company in London, UK prior to my relocating to USA. All our staff has clear background, is experienced and trained by me personally. They clean, inspect and report back.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I used to run administration for a cleaning company in London, UK prior to my relocating to USA. As all my staff is European descent, I knew that culturally inherited integrity, hard work and strong work ethics will make us a success story for many local clients. I was absolutely right. Since day one I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY of giving hard working and honest people this possibility.

On RESIDENTIAL SIDE: apartments, college dorms, senior homes, family homes, AirB&B, vacation rentals. On COMMERCIAL: healthcare facilities, warehouses, law offices, doctors' offices, coffee-shops, restaurants, hair-salons, small business offices

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We were booked by an LAPD officer who had all 3 cleanings services scheduled cancelled on her the last minute. It was a deep move out clean and we were able to provide her the exact 3 services: deep cleaning, window cleaning and carpet shampooing all at once. When she returned after being called on duty, she got so emotional that someone put so much care, attention to detail and EXTRA kindness when staging her house, she cried. We left exhausted but with satisfaction beyond what words can describe.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

* Make sure you communicate your expectations clearly. There is no two homes alike and there is definitely no two cleaning companies alike. It is always better to ask than assume. * Ask if all/what products/equipment is provided to make sure what you need they are capable of completing *Verify what type of payment is honored, any potential discounts you may be eligible for.
