What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We highly value our relationship with our clients :). A estimate is provided over the phone, and a walkthrough is completed before the service is started.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have receievd service awards for outstanding customer service and professional housekeeping.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love to clean, it is very theraputic to me. Because I love it so much, it pushed me to open my own cleaning business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We love working with everyone, the elderly, college students, stay at home moms and any age category. We are also trusted to service a famous Lakers Players home on a regualr base.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It makes our heart happy bringing our clients home to a beautiful condition. Seeing our homeowners faces when the job is completed, and knowing their happiness... brings so much joy to our heart.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advise I can give is to pay attention to the customer service they provide. This tells alot about a company. :)

The square footage of their home, condition and frequency of service.
