Coastal Charm Hospitality pricing begins at a base rate depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your vacation rental. After a consultation, I will provide you with a final, accurate checkout price for your rental.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process usually starts with a phone call to ensure we're aligned on your expectations for your vacation rental. Next, we’ll conduct a free, detailed in-home inspection to provide the homeowner with a clear checkout cleaning price and recommend the best cleaning package. If you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll ask you to sign a service agreement before moving forward with the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With over 10 years of experience in short-term vacation rentals in San Diego, CA, I've had the opportunity to work with top property management companies and consistently exceed their cleaning standards. I quickly advanced in my career, becoming a leading property inspector, guest services rep, and maintenance coordinator. Additionally, I co-host Airbnb's, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes for a property to truly shine.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Over 10 years ago, a real estate agent I was working with entrusted me with my first vacation rental in Del Mar. I did such a great job that she kept giving me more properties to manage. I’ve never looked back since!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my recent projects that I’m particularly proud of is a vacation rental in Hillcrest, San Diego, which I started managing a couple of months ago. It's a newly constructed home that just hit the Airbnb market, and I was put in charge of the cleaning and inspection. In just three months, the property was ranked in the top 5% of most sought-after listings in San Diego! The cleaning has maintained a 5-star rating even 7 months later. The owner, who lives out of state, relies on me to manage most of the property's needs.
