What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call us or book online—it's that easy! We’ll confirm your booking and text you when we're on our way. Once we arrive, we’ll clean like never before. Your approval matters because it's your home—if you're not 100% satisfied, we’ll clean again.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We only send cleaners with years of experience—only 11% of applicants make the cut. Our team is fully insured and bonded, and all housekeepers complete test cleans before stepping foot into a customer's home to ensure the highest quality
How did you get started doing this type of work?
For years, my wife refused to hire anyone to clean our house, fearing unvetted strangers would show up and make a mess. But now, with my business, all cleaners are background checked, insured, and tested for top-notch skills—so everyone’s happy, especially me!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all kinds of customers—residential, commercial, and AirBnB hosts. Whether it's scrubbing up after a family of four, making an office sparkle, or ensuring an AirBnB guest doesn't find a surprise under the couch cushions, we've got it covered. No mess is too big, no place too small—we clean it all!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project I’m especially fond of was a 21,000 square foot residence perched on a hillside—basically a mansion with its own zip code. And just to make it extra fun, the pool and casita were on a separate lot next door. We sent in six of our top-notch cleaners to tackle it all, and in just five hours, we had everything sparkling. It was nothing short of epic. I mean, it felt like we were cleaning a small village! But we got it done, and when we were finished, even the hillside was impressed
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most services in the area are geared towards low-cost, low-quality cleans, but we wanted to offer something different—cleaning that makes you feel like your money was well spent. If you're after a more basic clean, many services can handle that, but if you want a meticulous, top-notch cleaning that truly transforms your space, that's where we stand out

Before you talk to professionals about your project, think about these questions: How often do you want things cleaned? Are there any areas you want extra attention on, like that mysterious stain on the rug that you’re really hoping we can get out? Do you prefer a deep clean or just a tidy up? And of course, what's your idea of perfectly clean—because we want to meet your expectations, not just your 'eh, close enough' standard.
