What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My prices are extremely competitive and include all cleaning supplies and equipment. I also do not require any type of contract or travel fees. There are no hidden costs. If you are looking for reoccurring cleans I charge by the hour for the initial clean and offer a flat rate going forward so you know what to expect as far as the cost every time. Move-out and deep cleans are charged per hour.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When interviewing a cleaning company always ask for proof of identity, proof of bond, proof of business registration with the state of Colorado and insurance. This will insure your personal safety as well as your property and valuables.

Here are a few questions to consider asking your potential cleaning company prior to hiring; Ask if they are insured and bonded. Inquire about the line of products used to ensure quality and avoid any allergies or sensitivities to products/chemicals. Ask if all supplies and equipment are provided and included in the price. If you have pets confirm that they are pet friendly. Also make certain there are no hidden costs such as travel fees and extra chargers for more than one cleaner.
