I charge by sqft. for larger homes I do offer a separate flat rate or hourly charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will do a walk through of your home the same day of the cleaning to get to know your space and your major concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

retired real estate agent, so I've staged and cleaned many homes prior to them being listed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I enjoy helping people and ensuring their home feels like a clean comfortable place to be in so they can really relax and enjoy themselves.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with everyone from single family homes, move out cleans, airbnb, and commercial cleaning after hours.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love cleaning for clients who have never had their home professionally cleaned. seeing their reaction when I'm done always puts a smile on my face and theirs!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If someone charges a very low price, you are probably getting very low quality service. paying a little bit more for better work ethic is always worth it!

I use a separate vaccume cleaner for hones with and without pets.
