What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free consultation to understand each family needs and after that process we’ll schedule the first cleaning & our client can relax at their clean and organized home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have more than 20 years of experiences and all my team are training before start.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I starded as a helper and then when I was prepared to clean the houses by myself, I set up my own team with my own schedule.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We cleaned a house by indication of an old client, this house never had housecleaning and our first contact was very positive. The house with 2 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 1 kitchen and 2 and a half bathrooms. It took us 4 hours a half to finish the cleaning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a person who sees you more than just another customer, but who is concerned about taking care of your house and pleasing you and your family.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should know the distance. Also, they should know that the laundry, oven, refrigerator and windows are charged extra.
