Cleaning is my zen. I focus on quality. I never cut corners, even if it takes a little longer. Some of my competitors are cheaper ,but I take the time to make sure you are 100% happy when I leave. I am a fully registered, insured, and bonded cleaning company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do charge by the house size. Which typically I go by bedrooms and bathrooms. I don’t count kitchen or living areas when pricing. So rough example would be 3 bedroom 1 to 1 1/2 baths usually is around $135-$180 a standard clean depending on the level of clean needed each visit, more for a deep clean. I do supply all my own stuff unless there is a specific cleaner you would like used.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Setting up a time to meet and walk through the home is usually the best option this way the quote is accurate and there’s no surprises. Also allows the client to tell me about their expectations for the cleaning service. Also I am on every cleaning job. Usually I do the cleaning by myself unless asked by the client to have another help. This way you get the same level of satisfaction every time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Running and maintaining my own home as a stay at home mom has helped me realize the passion (or OCD) I have for a clean space. This passion has now allowed me to help others feel great when walking into their own homes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a mother of 7, starting my own business made sense. I’m able to set my own hours and be my own boss. Which helps me be able to be there for all the important life events with my children.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with so many great clients. Most ask me what I charge for my therapy sessions also. Lol I take the time to also listen and get a feel for the person. I wouldn’t want someone stuffy in my own home so I won’t do that in yours.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Bathrooms are my favorite to clean. Why you ask? “You can always tell a spotless bathroom when walking out after cleaning it, you will always notice the difference!”

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the house cleaner is insured and bonded. This ensures complete protection for my clients against any potential issues that may arise during my cleaning services.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Make sure you get a full list of what each of their different cleaning lists are. Also if the charge for add ons (ex: extra for cleaning the fridge) ALSO make sure you ask if they are insured and bonded.
