Hello, Speed Cleaning Services (SCS) is a team of cleaning professionals offering commercial and residential cleaning across the DMV. We are a high quality cleaning service located in Silver Spring, MD. We started our business in 2016 but we have more than 20 years of cleaning and housekeeping experience combined. We offer various services such as: move out/in cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning and more. We ensure the highest quality behind every clean; we put all of our time and love in this business. In light of COVID 19, we ensure that all of our staff wears PPE when entering the property and diligently wash their hands before/after any project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When entering your request, please be as specific as possible. Explaining how many bedrooms and bathrooms is a great place to start. Pictures are also a great addition as they help us gauge an idea of what needs to be cleaned. Discounts are available when selecting monthly services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you have input your request online, we will reach out to you as soon as we can. Usually we give you a call, if you prefer, and discuss the job over the phone. That way we can help each other understand what needs to be done, when and where. Due to COVID-19, we can conduct a virtual walkthrough to better understand the layout of the house, what is needed and other important details about the property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have more than 10 years experience combined amongst ourselves. Over the years, we have learned to provide the highest quality in the most efficient time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

There are a few reasons on why I started with this type of work. I first helped out a friend by cleaning her house as a favor. I noticed the quality that was out there, and thought I could do better. That generated my desire to start offering these services and then from there I was able to grow a small team. Since then we have not looked back and are eager to grow even further.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Anywhere from individuals looking to clean their room all the way to corporate housing companies. We have worked with all types of residents, property managers, real estate companies and more.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you want to hire the right person for your job, quality should be the number 1 attribute to seek for. Provide as much detail as possible when describing the job and engage in a discussions to learn how they can best tackle the project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

There are plenty of good questions to have when deciding to hire someone for your project. I think the best ones are the following: TIME: When do I need to get this done by? QUALITY: How important is quality of work to me? PROFESSIONALISM: How reliable is this professional?
