What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I give them an estimate and then if all is agreed and they accept, I send them a contract to sign and also an invoice. We get to them as scheduled and we show up on time to do the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our COO has had many years of training and he was employee of the year at one company when he first started.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our COO has worked with and owned a Family Operated business with over 18 years of experience

What types of customers have you worked with?

Very high quality customers and a few that we worked with on their budget

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a 2 story house in Dover DE, moving heavy beds and furniture to a 3 story house in Bear DE. We had 3 guys in our crew that day. Everyone was happy and the guys made a $100 tip besides the pay. It took 6 hours

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a professional mover that has many years of experience behind their belt and not just a few guys that can lift heavy furniture. The pros know how to wrap everything so it won’t be damaged and they are careful on stairways and they protect the floors as well. They also know the correct procedure for packing your most fragile and breakable items. The price is sometimes higher than you would expect but making sure everything is done correctly and safe from damage is sometimes better than taking a risk on a low quality crew.
