What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process with a new client is simple and transparent. First, we talk to understand the cleaning needs (type of service, property size, frequency, etc.). Then I provide a quote and, if needed, ask for photos of the space to make a better evaluation. Once everything is agreed upon, we schedule the service with a set date and time. On the day of the cleaning, I arrive on time with my own products and complete the service with great attention to detail.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I do the cleaning myself and have many years of experience. I work with responsibility, care, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working in cleaning as a child, and it has grown into a profession that I approach with great love and care. I’ve truly enjoyed what I do since my early years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with various clients, including residential, commercial, and vacation rental properties. I always adapt the service to each client’s needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One project I completed recently that I truly enjoyed was a deep cleaning at an elderly lady’s house that had accumulated a lot of dust. As we worked, she was amazed by the quality of the service, and when we finished, she had a huge, radiant smile on her face.

Before hiring a cleaning professional, make sure to check their experience, clarify what’s included in the service, and confirm if they bring their own products. If possible, send photos of the space for a better estimate. Most importantly, choose someone trustworthy and easy to communicate with.
