What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a 30% discount for a monthly cleaning package and a 40% discount for weekly or every 2 weeks! Ask us if we are running a promotion and we may be able to offer a further discount!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We have a brief phone call to gather your information, talk about the cleaning service, and answer any questions that you have. This is your opportunity to tell us which areas are most important for you or what specific requests you have (like, don't move anything on my desk!)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our cleaners have been through a 5-step screening process, are experienced cleaners, and have passed a background check!

MaidThis started in 2013, and has expanded to several geographies in the years since with thousands of happy customers served.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently tackled a last minute move-out clean for a customer looking to keep their security deposit. The customer was thrilled with the results!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the provider you select is a good fit with your needs. Ask questions as you search for the right provider, and ask your friends and neighbors for a referral. A good review from a trusted friend says a lot!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should think through what special requests they might have (spend extra time in the living room, for example) to make sure their cleaner has all of the information they need to deliver a 5 star cleaning!
