Company Policies: • For quotations exceeding $200, a 50% deposit is required to secure the service reservation. • Any complaints regarding the service must be lodged within 24 hours of completion, accompanied by evidence supporting the dissatisfaction. • Approval of the estimate implies agreement with the specified price. • In the event of service cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. • During the cleaning process, additional services not included in the original estimate will incur extra costs. • If you cancel the services without 24h in advance you will be charged with a 50% of your total amount We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these policies.
