What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All our prices are negotiable with customers, we also offer monthly promotions. We give away something each month depending on the type of service the client needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first thing is an approach with the client in which we make known everything about the service they need, you can send photos of previous work if needed, we proceed to negotiate the price and if an agreement is reached we proceed to choose the date you need the service, we almost always have enough availability because we have enough staff to meet our customers when they need it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Project supervision and management. Training and certifications in the field of residential and commercial cleaning.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since I came to this country, I started having the needs of a person or company to clean my house and sometimes my restaurant. Seeing the demand I decided to start this business with my family and offer customers what other companies do not offer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of clients, residential clients, restaurants, offices, warehouses, clinics, retails.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Cleaning a place for the care of special people, it gave us great satisfaction to help each one of them to organize their spaces and at the end to see the face of satisfaction and happiness of each one of them. It took us about 6 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Verify the companies well, look for people who are friendly and who offer a guarantee of their work. Look for companies that minimize costs, work hours and offer greater satisfaction for each client.

Duration. What areas will be worked on. How many people will do the service. They offer guarantees. They offer discounts.
