Our committed and trained staff provides best in class cleaning from Gulf Breeze to Rosemary Beach area. Our staff is trustworthy and deliver a great quality service with no exceptions. We have a lot of experience on residentials and vacation rentals alike. At CleanPressive we use safe and effective products and equipment approved by the EPA which are not harmful to humans or pets. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer discounts for recurrent services whether they are weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We price based on an estimated range, if we end up spending less time than anticipated we stay at the lower end, if more time is required we stay at the higher end. We have never had a complain about our prices, in fact our customers are happy with the quality of the job our staff performs on a consistent basis.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We highly encourage our new customers to give us a call to establish the relationship...hopefully a long term one! We are a local and family owned business, so when you call you will not get an automated machine, you will speak right away with one of our staff and we will do our best to make it work for you from the first time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The founder worked for 5 years for a well respected cleaning company in the Fort Walton Beach area. She decided to start CleanPressive to address some of the main issues she was seeing at her former company which was: Poor Quality. She takes care of hiring and training our staff so everybody follows CleanPressive's mision and vision.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As customers from other businesses we appreciate when a company goes the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with their services and/or products. Thus, we decided to start a cleaning company (CleanPressive LLC) to focus on customer satisfaction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. We understand we live in a multi-cultural country so we don't stereotype our customers and understand their demands to please their needs. We love what we do so we try to accomodate schedules and customize work to meet our customers'high expectations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a lot of research and now are offering Fogging Disinfection which treats agains COVID-19. We most of the time take less than 5 minutes to fog a house or place.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Quality over Price...Always!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What products you use for cleaning? How long you estimate will it take to finish? Are you licensed and insured? Do you run a background check on your staff?
