What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We aim to meet your budget whenever possible. Our pricing includes factors such as the number of hours per clean, size and condition of your home, and time to travel to your home for each clean. We offer a discount code of FIRSTCLEAN10 to give you 10% off your first regular clean!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to have a phone call to get to know you and your expectations better so that we can meet them. We then agree on a booking date and send you a confirmation email with all the details. We offer an app called Launch27 where you can change the schedule, communicate with the cleaner, update payment information and more. Our cashless payments mean you never have to run out to the ATM to grab cash because the cleaner is coming.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have sixteen years as a private estate manager on Palm Beach where I managed cleaning crews as well as housekeepers on a daily basis. I have very high standards as my work required it. All our cleaners have years of experience cleaning homes and a proven track record of satisfied customers!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We like helping people. A clean home reduces stress, makes you feel more in control of life, and creates a more positive environment for your family. The saying 'A clean home is a happy home' is very true and our motto is that We Want To Make Your Home Happy!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with customers of all ages and circumstances. From couples to large families, empty nesters and individuals who live alone. We service homes, townhomes, apartments/condos, and Air BNBs. If you have a home that needs a clean, whatever the type, we're here to help!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a company to handle your cleaning. There are more controls as to the individuals they hire, there are service guarantees that ensure you're satisfied, and they have insurance in case something breaks.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The condition of your home. Is it very messy, in decent condition, or kept clean but needs maintenance? It's ok if it's messy, that's what we're here for, but let us know in advance so we come prepared! Other items to know before calling a professional include: the square footage of your home, if you have any pets, if there are cleaning products that you prefer and if there are rooms that are rarely used and just need a light touch.
