WE OFFER SIMPLE FLAT PRICES BASED ON HOUSE SIZE AND NUMBER OF ROOMS. THE CLEANING TIME LISTED FOR EACH FLAT-RATE CLEANING PACKAGE IS AN ESTIMATE. YOUR CLEANING MAY TAKE MORE OR LESS TIME THAN ESTIMATED. WE OFFER OUR HOURLY PACKAGE FOR ANY CUSTOMIZED JOBS, EXTRA MESSY AND EXTRA LARGE HOMES.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We inspect the home for the pre-estimated adjustment and we identify the cleaning details required by the new client obtaining all the information for the work with quality and sufficient time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our training is based on the performance of 2 years of cleaning with quality, detail and estimated time sufficient to maintain the good attendance and to receive excellent return of the satisfied customer

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started working on house cleaning for 2 years when we arrived in America starting as a helper and quickly obtained the technique and efficiency for a quality job starting then our own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our clients have the family profile with domestic animals generally from 4 to 5 people being children and elderly people living in houses of 4 to 5 bedrooms, the homes are medium to large. We also get as our clients, desk and people who live alone. They live all over New Jersey.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are new to Thumbtack, but our customer service projects are 1 to 2 year old homes that we work on every week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

In my opinion the appraisal should be performed by the fair market price, the size of the staff references of other customers that the cleaning service provider currently works. Approximate time of work. When it comes to team check who the people are if they are registered with the company.

The lowest price does not guarantee the best quality work. Remember The company must provide transparency in its contact informing its references of other clients. You have or do not have the supplies at the price informed. Important - Every price informed on the site deals with an estimate based on the information declared by the customer and a home visit is necessary for the estimated adjustment that can be a value up or down. Important - Many are not interested in making the visit first to adjust and validate the estimate many times and charged the value without evaluation but also the work is not detailed.
