What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Normally, we offer a free estimate to hear and understand our clients requests and needs.It is an important visit, when possible, because the way a professional sees the house is different, we have a more specific and professional approach. After the visit, we offer a fair price and get a date to do the first cleaning service. For us, it is so important hear the feedback of our new clients after our services. This follow up and development a professional relationship with our clients is at the heart of our business.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With our experience in Europe in cleaning service we think that this could bring a new approach for the reality of the cleaning service market in USA and a great opportunity for a new business company, as well. So we are in the mark for 5 years with excellent results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was a door that opened as a opportunity for me when I came to USA. For all my life I served in counseling to families and businessmen. I founded a special Organization in Europe to treat addict people as well. My Degree is in Theology and a pos grade in Sociology. After a period o training in house cleaning here in USA, I could start my own company where I and my family could work.

HOW IS YOUR SAFETY POLICY MEASURES ABOUT CORONAVIRUS? RELIABLE HOUSE CLEANING- CORONAVIRUS SAFETY POLICY. We've improved again our safety policy measures. We want to help our clients fight against this covid-19 disease because we know a house without cleaning service can keep the virus days inside of it. The safer-at-home law considered residential cleaning essential, so we can keep working. My crew proceeds: 1- Gloves 2-a new disposal plastic apron in each house. 4- Mask 5-:Disinfecting their shoes with rag soaked in clorox before enter in each house. 6- Using our clients product to not carry products or basket from one house to other. 7- If we need to use our vaccum, we will disinfect it before enter in the house. We prefer you have your own vaccum. 8- Disinfecting the doorknobs or keypads of the houses before open it. 9- Disinfecting each switcher, doorknobs and handles in the house and appliances. 10- Disinfecting toilet bowls, shower and sinks. 11- Keep the social distance.
