What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with the initial contact: gather basic details like the size of the home, areas requiring attention, and specific customer needs.
I offer an in-person walkthrough or a virtual consultation to evaluate the space and provide a clear and detailed quote, outlining the scope of work and any additional fees, and then work with the customer to set up a convenient cleaning schedule.
Confirm the date, time, and duration of the service.
I check whether the customer provides supplies or if I should bring my own. With this, I will also address any special requests, such as eco-friendly products or handling delicate items.
On the service day: I arrive on time and ready to work.
Walk through the space with the customer (if possible) to confirm expectations.
At the end - Final Walkthrough: If the customer is present

My expertise comes from a combination of hands-on work, specialized training, and a passion for helping others maintain beautiful, clean homes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a household where regular cleaning was a shared responsibility, and I really enjoy seeing a clean and organized home.
I am now with some free time where I can help families live better and enjoy their space.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with busy professionals with demanding jobs who don’t have time to clean regularly; as well as families with kids, which homes need frequent tidying because of the chaos kids can create; and also Seniors who might need help maintaining their homes due to physical limitations.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I tackled a full weekend cleaning project to refresh my client’s living space. It started with decluttering the living room, where I sorted through books, magazines, and miscellaneous items. Next, I deep-cleaned the kitchen—scrubbing down countertops, organizing cabinets, and degreasing the stove. I also gave the bathroom a makeover, cleaning tiles, scrubbing the tub, and restocking toiletries. In the bedroom, dusted surfaces, and vacuumed thoroughly. Finally, I wrapped up with mopping all the floors and taking out several bags of trash and donations. It was exhausting but left the house feeling brand new!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise to look for online reviews or ask for recommendations from friends or family. Maybe ask about experience to make sure the provider has experience with your type of cleaning needs—be it regular maintenance, deep cleaning, or specialty services like stain removal or allergen reduction. Something very important is to be specific about what you want cleaned (e.g., baseboards, inside appliances) and confirm it’s included in the service package. It is also important to discuss the supplies to check if they want the provider to use the home's products or if provider can use their own products. A walkthrough or video of the space to be cleaned is also interesting so that the provider may plan the cleaning beforehand.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should think about their needs, their home, their preferences and what kind of cleaner they want for their home.
The customer's needs are related to: routine maintenance, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, as well as the priorities: bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, or appliance cleaning. The frequency of the cleaning is important to know.
About their home, they need to think about the size and condition of the home. Is it generally tidy, or does it need more intensive cleaning?
Do they have pets or special considerations?
As to their preferences, they need to think about the cleaning products they prefer, can the cleaner bring their own. And also think about the best time for cleaning? Will someone be home, or should the cleaner work independently?
And about the professional they should think about important qualities in a cleaner.
