What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is typically done on a sqft basis. We know that having a cleaner is a luxury therefore we try and be as fair as possible taking into consideration everyone’s situation individually. Our focus is to help and be of service to those in need. We offer a 10% discount for all first responders.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically like to have a conversation with the customer to get a better understanding of what is needed. If possible we like to do a walkthrough and introduce ourselves before each cleaning. We also check in during and before the cleaner leaves to make sure all is to the customers satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors degree in Business Management. I also have 5yrs experience in the cleaning industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I initially began cleaning homes as a means to make ends meet. I was a single mother of 2 and needed to make sure my kids were taken care of. Now I am able to grow and help others on both the employer and the provider side of things.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have customers ranging from residential to commercial business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently started our journey with STR. This has helped me really showcase our abilities. Really been able to grow and show ourselves that the stars are the limit and we are going for it. I am excited to see how our team is able to work together effectively and meet each timeline of 2-4hrs making each property look and feel to resort style standards.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always do your own research. Have a conversation with the cleaner if possible and get a feel for what type of person and what type of company they are running.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

As a customer I believe you should keep in mind what is needed in your home. Make sure you know the frequency and the size of your home. And be as honest, with the provider as well as with yourself, as you can.
