What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

At first I usually go to my future clients house, make a budget and I talk to my client, I show and ask what kind of product I use and what kind product They don’t want me to use in their houses. Some people are allergic or have animals inside the house which can't stand with strong products, this is very important for their healthy.
