What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price includes all cleaning materials and time it will take to complete the project. If there is a discrepancy it will be addressed before any job is comenced.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The customer is welcome to call or text, any questions or concerns they may have. I normally send a copy of my business card with my first communication.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

When I was a kid my family had a cleaning business. I use to go out with my grandmother and auntie to do cleaning jobs, back in 1970 something. Then , I grow up an went into the pest control industry. Now I see a eay i may help so am back in the cleaning industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was introduced to the cleaning industry when I was a child by my great-aunt. Once I grow up I veered off into another industry. While working in a different trade, I slowly started working on the weekend helping a few people and well that was 3 years ago. I have many customers that are part of the Allison Home and Window Cleaning LLC family .

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with First Responders ,Senior citizen, Teachers plus more. I also have worked with elite customers were, I work with the personal assistant most of the time. I also have gone into gated golfing communities in Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando County.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love cleaning, homes and windows single level because am afraid to be 30 feet in the air. I can work on a six feet ladder all day.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
