What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is always negociable nothing is concrete and is always based on the situation at hand. We are competitive with pricing so just let us know and we can get it cleaned at rate beneficial to you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know the clientele is upmost important. That way I can understand there wants and provide them with what’s needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelors in sociology. Communication is our strong suit. However we’ve been in business a while and have since relocated, rebranded, and started fresh here in Florida.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

2020 the year Ty’D & Clean was established was the year Tyvon (owner) decided to change his life. He was a normal college drop out, whom had bad habits and wanted to change it. Put his heart into cleaning and making others smile was the best decision he has ever made. To this day TyD and Clean has been cleaning since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Ty’D & Clean has worked with commercial, non-commercial, residential, real estate, office spaces, and many more. If it needs cleaned then we will clean it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always look for someone whom is passionate and cleans as if it were their own home. In other words goes the extra mile.
