You can't put a price on knowing that the job was done honestly and with respect for the homeowner. I offer a high-end cleaning service, and my prices are based on the level of service I provide. I have great customer service that you won't find with other housekeepers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been cleaning since I was 8 but only after I started living in the U.S back in 2004 did I open my cleaning business for the Jacksonville area. we do everything possible to be the most customer service-oriented company in Jacksonville. Me and my team pay attention to detail and go above and beyond to make you happy. I have over 15 years' experience, so I know a thing or two about getting it done quickly and efficiently.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since I was a child in Brazil, I've been in this line of work, and I'm very happy to say that through the hard times, I learned a valuable skill and became very passionate about cleaning and seeing details that other people don't see while wasting no time. I'll move quickly and effectively through your home, taking care of the little things you don't want to deal with.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with people from many different backgrounds. At hotels, in offices, and in people's homes. My goal is to leave your home clean and well-kept, showing you how clean it can get when you hire a professional. My cleaning service is better than anyone else's, and you'll be surprised at how different it looks after a long day at work.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This one isn't very new, but we booked a client for a 6-room, 4-bathroom home back in February 2022. We sent our teams out to clean the property because it was so big and beautiful. The owner was surprised at how quickly we did it compared to other cleaners he had hired. It took us about 5–6 hours, which was a bit longer than I had hoped, but since we work with other clients like him, we were able to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Since then, I've worked with him and has referred me to a bunch of his friends. Thank you

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the person you're talking to on thumbtack is always honest about prices. I've heard that some housekeepers have different prices online and in person. Sometimes, the customer forgets to include extras on their list of requests. But some companies will get in the door and then raise the price, leaving you with no choice but to pay or ask them to leave. This can be very frustrating for a customer who has already taken time out of their day to have someone come to their home.
