What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The more frequent you use my services, the better rate you will receive. I also do referral bonuses as well. I offer weekly and bi-weekly services only. I set you up with the same day of the week and same time frame of arrival. We never cancel, so expect us to be on time on your set day of the week. I feel the reliability of my service is what sets me apart from other cleaning companies. If I tell you I will be at your house on a certain day, no need to call or text, I will be there.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we agree to meet, I will drive to the residence to offer a free estimate and discuss how frequent the service is needed. Prices are determined on how frequent a client would need me to clean. I can also give you a quote right away with this application. Message me through Thumbtack and, I can can text you back my availability and price within 20 minutes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I rely on my hard work and dedication to each task, to show my value to the customer. I am just looking for a chance to show you my worth. I appreciate any opportunity to grow my business. My clients are my family and I try to show that in every cleaning appointment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I moved to Florida, from Brazil, I started my own cleaning service. I was formerly a family attorney in my hometown of Forteleza. My cleaning company now has over 100 clients from Ft. Pierce to Jupiter! My new husband, Thomas, also helps me administrate my new clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with a wide range of backgrounds and age groups. We also work with animals and kids all the time. My clients trust me with cleaning and maintaining not only their house but with all of their worldly possessions. I understand this responsibility, and take this very seriously. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I was hired by a Condominium Association to do move out cleanings. Once a resident moves out, they send me to do a thorough cleaning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask for references! As you can see with my amazing reviews, I have many references. All of my reviews are from customers that have found me, just the way you are doing now!

How often you would need your residence cleaned. What special requests you would need done on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. All the cleaning supplies are included. If you want us to use special cleaning products, please just have them available on your cleaning day.
