What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing can vary depending on a few different factors (pets, laundry, etc).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I arrive to a location I make sure to walk through the home with the client, taking note of what s/he would like done. Afterwards, I will give a time estimate and a price confirmation. Then, our client can sit back and relax or go out for a bit while we work our magic. When the job is done, I will do another walk through with the client making sure we got every detail right. I accept payment, and schedule his/her next cleaning!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was an apprentice for the owner of a cleaning company for a few years before starting up my own business. While there, I gained experience learning how to properly care for all types of surfaces and how to keep our clients happy.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with clients of all types: companies, individuals, families, couples, and even event cleanups!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to pick someone that understands how important respect is in this line of work; your home is a place like no other, and nobody should treat it like only a "job."

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long will it take to clean my home? What is a fair price for the size of my house? What kind of clean do I want?
