What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are completely accessible, we do not charge extra for having pets since they are a member of the family, also when you take a regular (often) service we give you a discount of between 5% and 10% of the regular price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a client wants to hire cleaning services, I always recommend that the first service be a deep cleaning and from there, a regular general cleaning preferably every week or two weeks; this allows your home to be properly maintained

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Little by little I have increased the quality of my service through self-research, I like to be aware of techniques and products that allow me to better perform my work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this job by chance when I came to this country. To be honest I thought it was going to be temporary but I ended up falling in love with this work. It makes me happy to make others' lives easier through this service

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly residencial cleaning services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My clients are my main projects, with most of them working for more than three years, they are faithful to me and I am faithful to them. I feel like I have a lot of families because there is a very special treatment with everyone.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It is difficult to hire services when people will have access to your home and your personal things, so, my main advice is that you check that your provider has approved the background check and, trust in the perception that the person gives you when you communicate with her/him

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Some questions that customers should think are. Are they going to charge you by the hour or by service? How many people are going to clean? If I contract a regular service, will I receive a discount?
