What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ask the client's sq. ft., number of people and pets living in the home. Based upon this information I can give an estimated number of hours typically required, although hours and duties are always matched to the client's needs and budget!.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a teenager I cleaned offices and homes, including new construction! At age 21 (over 30 years ago) I started this business and now I select and manage cleaners and schedule clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a teen I cleaned offices, homes, new construction, etc. Age 21 opened business and began hiring and managing cleaners.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homes, large, medium and small. Regular, maintenance cleaning. Occasional visits. One time deep cleaning. Move-out or Move-in homes. Light remodeling clean-up. Small offices. Airbnb. Corporate housing. Military crash pads. Apartments, condos, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love helping the elderly, disabled and working parents, any busy person who needs some extra help. A fun part of going into people's homes is meeting all of the dogs and cats!

Ask about bond, insurance, number of years in business, number and quality of reviews, reliability, English fluency, background checks, etc.
