Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
prices may vary depending on condition of the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our typical process for working with a new customer is we will set up a time to go do a free estimate, take a look at the job, and speak with the customer about their wants, needs, and expectations. We then create a quote to give to the customer explaining all that will be done, if customer agrees with prices they will then sign the quote, we convert it into a job and get them on schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have over 15 years experience in all that we do.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It is our passion to change people's messes into a masterpiece, and see the gratitude and smiles at the end makes it all worth it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with various types of customers from Dr.'s to Teachers, Police officers, Real estate agents, Contractors, and your everyday average person.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Advice I would give a customer looking to hire in my area of work would be To Do Your Research!!! There are so many people out there that are just looking for the next dollar and don't have the qualifications or compassion for their customers. Do your research to see how long they have been in business, are their reviews good, and do they take the time to listen to what it is you want and not only wanting to do what they want.
