We send all invoices via email/phone in which you are able to pay directly online.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Due to the high volume of cancelation of service the day of the cleaning, we now require a $40 deposit which would be deducted from the service fee after your cleaning.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have a system of checks and balances that ensures the same standard of clean is being conducted across the board in every home. Every housekeeper on our staff has a detailed cleaning checklist in which must be signed and verified by the customer after every home visit to ensure the full satisfaction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our company was founded on the principal that we wanted to provide a opportunity for others to provide for there families while maximizing there time at home while also providing a service that gives back to the community.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have several elderly repeat customers that book us often because we bring some relief to their lives by providing a service that helps keep their homes clean after it has proven to be a difficult task for them and companionship.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Sometimes life happens and when it does, every day things tend to get away from you. Our first customer had recently lost one of her kids. It was a real rough time for her. She mourned his death for years and before she knew it, her home had gotten away from her. She called us to help clean her home. It was a rather emotional experience for the entire staff. Helping this woman get rid of all the clutter that reminded her of her son was probably the most difficult thing I've ever had to do in this business, but after it was done she was so grateful. This then became the most rewarding job I've experience since starting this company.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be respectful of the cleaning service provider's time. If you are not a serious customer that is willing to pay for the service inquired try not to waste the company's time.
