What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For recurring cleaning we offer a discount: Weekly cleaning - 10 % off Biweekly cleaning - 5% off Late cancellation: Please make sure to make any changes/cancellations before 12pm the day before scheduled service in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First of all, we listen to our customers and their needs/ preferences. Based on the initial conversation we try to established a plan to make sure that the areas of concern are left spotless. Our main goal is to satisfied our customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I think that having 15 years of experience is the best training you can have. I also carry Green Clean Certification; therefore, I’m able to provide cleaning services using only eco friendly products.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers who like to keep their place clean and might lack of necessary time to do it such as families, single, and elderly people.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always talk to provider, especially during the first visit to make sure that the areas that you want the team to focus the most are left spotless.
