Recurring cleaning- flat fee. ( flexible and always best rate) Laundry, oven, refrigerator, windows cleaning extra $$. $45 one time Cleaning-3 h min charge $45 Move in and out services. $45 initial cleaning 3 h min charge $50 Deep/spring cleaning $60 Post construction cleaning $30 Refrigerator inside $30 Oven inside (self cleaning oven MUST be run one day before cleaning, otherwise it will not be cleaned; -$35. 1-2 loads of laundry wash/dry/fold; -$25 1-2 loads folding washed clothes only ; Add- ons : - Windows wash from inside - Blinds hand wiped - Dishwasher: load, run, unload - baseboards washed The service cost varies depending on: •Frequency of cleaning •Condition of home •Pets living inside the home or not •Size of home •Number of people living in home • Individual work with every recurring customer. - I'm always open to negotiation and pretty flexible but my prices are fair and estimated based on years of experience. Flat rate very flexible and negotiate. Since 11/1/2017 - Late Cancellations : Because we reserve a time specifically for you, please make any schedule changes before 12 p.m. the day before service to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding. Right to Refuse Service: We have the choice to leave upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition or feel unsafe/threatened. We may refuse service on the spot and you will be charged the cancellation fee $50.

• We carefully listen to our customers and make sure we customize regular cleanings upon customer’s requests, and get to know as many details about your home as possible. Introduction • Asking about preferences (what needs to be done, the way of floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning etc.) • If there are any pets at home -ask their name, behavior and specific treatment preferences.
