We are a residential/commercial cleaning service who is bond-insure and can provide references. We have been in service since 1998. We do deep, regular weekly, bi-weekly, move in/ move out cleaning. Our staff are very detailed and qualified for Maids/housekeepers services. You are welcome to call us anytime for questions you may have or just get a free quote. Note: we service in Lake county. I like what we do because i know were good at it. I get to meet new people every week and ultimately create a long friendship. We get to travel alot so thats also fun. I enjoy every single feed back i receive that always a good feeling.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Hi, all quotes are priced to the best of our knowledge. There are to be as firm as possible. We will work with you to give you the best service possible at an affordable price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally we would like to meet in person and do a walk threw for a more accurate quote. We have our service sheet which includes the list of the services we provide. It's important for us to let all our customers know what they would expect from our service. While at the same time we want to know what they expect to be done.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started this field 20+ years ago working for another co. After a few years i decided to start my own services. I'm now 20 years in this field with lots of experience.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

i will recommend to have an interview when ever possible. Specially with a potential provider. I have experience that pointing out details that need to be cover should be discuss for a better service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Review the quote to insure that that's the price there are willing to pay. That the price covers what they are looking for. Most services are flexible but usually what;s on the quote is what they stick with.
