My prices are transparent and depend on the type of work. I charge $50 an hour for most handyman services. For specific tasks, I offer fixed prices. I don't include material costs in the estimate - clients either buy the materials themselves or reimburse me after I purchase them. For larger projects, I provide an estimate prior to the visit to ensure the client is comfortable with the price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process with new customers is simple and transparent. First, I listen carefully to the client's needs and discuss the details of the project. Then, I provide an approximate price estimate based on the type of work. If the client agrees, I schedule a visit to assess the project in detail and finalize the estimate. I also explain the timeline and answer any questions. After approval, I begin the work, ensuring high quality and keeping the client updated throughout the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have more than 15 years of practical experience in repair and construction. My skills include professional tiling, painting, flooring, drywall installation and repair, demolition, door and window installation, non-licensed electrical and plumbing. I also do light carpentry, installing baseboards and moldings, assembling furniture and minor repairs. I constantly improve my knowledge by studying modern technologies and using the latest tools and equipment. The experience of managing teams and running my own business allows me to provide high-quality results and excellent customer service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the construction and renovation business over 15 years ago on my own. Gradually, I improved my skills and gained experience in various types of work. Eventually I started managing teams and then started my own business. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In the past six months, I have completed three major projects. The first was repainting part of a two-story house along with various smaller tasks. The second project involved partial painting of another house, remodeling the kitchen with new cabinet and appliance installation, and repairing the bathroom, toilet room, and laundry room with light fixture replacements. The third project was a full bathroom renovation, which took one month to complete. This project involved full demolition, plumbing updates, tiling, installing new fixtures, and finishing touches. Each of these projects required careful planning and attention to detail, and all clients were very satisfied with the results.
